Partnering with the Housing Authority of Travis County is a great way to help transform the community by increasing the supply of affordable housing. At HATC, we believe that partnerships with organizations and individuals are key to achieving our mission of providing quality housing to those in need.

The Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) is dedicated to providing affordable public facilities to the community. The corporation partners with developers to execute Public Facility Corporation (PFC) deals, which involve setting aside at least 50% of units for low-income residents. TCFC focuses on addressing different tiers of housing, including market rate, workforce, and extremely affordable housing.

The Travis County Development Corporation (TCDC) is a non-profit organization that aims to provide affordable and decent housing for the community. Founded in 2001, TCDC acquires, constructs, rehabilitates, operates or disposes of housing projects and units to improve the living conditions of low-income families. TCDC works to reduce substandard structures and vacant sites, and make a positive impact by providing quality housing and services to those in need.
